Terms and conditions of AC Viajes Perú
AC Viajes Perú does not have rigid policies and conditions that are fullfilled for all its services, because we consider that each trip is unique, from an excursion in shared service to personalized trips in private service. In order to start a good relationship following our institutional and personal values, we are pleased to inform you of the following general rules, which will allow us to be transparent and provide confidence to our travelers when booking with us.
To confirm the reservation of your trip it is necessary to provide the documents and pertinent information of the passenger and make a first payment of 50% to guarantee in advance the services you chose and coordinate with all the people involved in providing you with the best travel experience. In the case of trips that include flight and train tickets, special income or other services, the initial payment could be higher, for this we will inform you in advance and explain the details.
Final payment for the trip will be 30 days before the passenger’s arrival, with some exceptions in the case of excursions or other services that are not package tours. For national travelers, this time may vary from 20 days to 1 week before the start of the trip and in the case of excursions until before the start of the tour.
The published rates are not valid for holidays in Peru such as: January 1st, May 1st, Holy Thursday and Good Friday, July 28th and 29th, November 1st, December 24th, December 25th, and December 31st.
Changes are allowed up to 48 hours after the reservation is made, but will be treated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the type of trip and services included. For this, the reasons for the change will be considered, and the anticipation which it is requested. AC Viajes Perú is formed by a team that focuses on providing personalized service, so we will work in the best way to manage the changes of each passenger; in order to adapt your trip without penalty. However, there may be charges for new services or penalties, such as entrance tickets or non-refundable tickets, etc.
It is important to consider that, when booking shared services, we will work to provide you with the best available option that fits your needs and preferences. However, it does not compare to the flexibility and personalization of private services, which are designed and organized exclusively for each passenger.
Remember that reservation deposits (both down payment and final payment) are non-refundable, because we highly value the work of all the people involved in our value chain, from the travel consultants to the host community of the tourist destinations. The time these people invest in preparing everything to make your trip unique is very valuable. Likewise, it is difficult to find bookings in a short time when cancellations are made, but we will do our best to manage the refund of the services that allow it; according to each case, anticipation with which the cancellation is requested and subject to penalties.
We recommend all our passengers to have a travel insurance, to be protected against any inconvenience or emergency during their trips. Travel insurance is not included in the price of our services, in case you have not purchased one before your trip, the AC Viajes Peru team can recommend some options for you to choose the one that best suits you.
In almost all programs, children under 5 years of age do not pay for the service, as long as they share seats and beds with their parents. Children from 5 to 11 years old have a special discount on some programs. Children over 11 years of age are considered adult fare in most programs. These criteria vary in the case of services such as flight tickets, travel insurance, train tickets and admission tickets, which have a different fare policy.
AC Viajes Perú is not a conventional travel agency, we are a small company with a warm and welcoming spirit, always providing a familiar treatment to travelers who wish to know Peru in a more conscious and responsible way.

Remember that we are not responsible for cancellations or delays in any of your flights by the airlines or corresponding authorities, nor for situations of force majeure, natural or climatic phenomena, social conflicts, new entry restrictions, or any other type of external eventualities that may arise. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your travel itinerary in the best possible way. In some cases, it may not be possible to provide all the services, so it is important that the passenger understands and is flexible if, due to external causes, it is not possible to solve the problems generated in the itinerary.
